Lidl, Tesco and Iceland have introduced dedicated shopping hours for the elderly, vulnerable people and carers so they can shop before other members of the general public.

Tesco

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:00 am or 8:00 am to 9:00 am, depending on your location.

Iceland

8:00 am to 9:00 am, every day
